Do I have to pay VAT/duties?
In the EU all prices include VAT, the exact amount is visible at check out. Contact support@luneactive for further information.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email Customer Care-team at support@luneactive and we will track your order on your behalf.
May I cancel/modify my order?
If your purchase has not been processed we can cancel an order or edit your details. We kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care-team at email@example.com
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. It depends on your country and postal code when the shipment will be delivered by PostNL within the Benelux or DHL for international orders.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We kindly ask you to send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Lune Active takes the protection of our customers’ data very seriously. We will not share information with 3rd parties that are involved directly in the processing and shipments of your order.
